Alloy Rolled Ring Capabilities

Our team utilizes a forging process that produces seamless rolled rings with a comprehensive internal structure and circumferential grain flow, delivering superior mechanical properties. Precision rolling processes provide excellent concentricity and surface smoothness. We specialize in small-quantity orders, but can also accommodate larger quantities. Our capabilities include:

  • Weight from 100 lbs. to 6,000 lbs.
  • 13" to 125" outside diameter
  • 8" to 116" inside diameter
  • Up to 24" height
  • Up to 18" wall thickness

Downstream Processing

We take our commitment to our customers seriously. As an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer, Ringmasters inspects 100% of our rings to ensure conformance and performs testing per customer specific requirements. All non-destructive testing is performed in-house by our Level III technicians.
